Below is what John Brakey discovered when he hit the hot link to the Pima Elections Department’s live feed on October 27th, 2015. They were counting another bond election and, apparently, hoping to affect the outcome like they did in the 2006 RTA election.

When opens the cabinet it looks like he connects a small notebook directly into the rack.
Then when he goes to close and reseal the rack he removes it. I also noticed the operator in the blue shirt shredding previous reports once the new ones had been printed.
