After painstaking construction of spreadsheet data comparing batches of California 2016 Primary Election ballots counted from election day until now, elections expert John Brakey has found a pattern that is consistent with a technique that is aptly named the “strip, stack and hack” approach to election fraud.
Brakey believes California election officials, in conjunction with their vendors, managed to “strip” the vote by rendering people ineligible to use a regular ballot prior to the election, “stack” likely Clinton voters to be counted first on election day and “hack” the batch of votes to be counted later without an audit.
After more than 700,000 California voters were stripped from being counted in a timely manner when forced to vote on a provisional ballot, vote-by-mail ballots from likely Clinton voters were stacked into the piles to be counted first. This enabled the establishment to report a huge 26% election night lead by Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders, which would quietly be reduced to a still shrinking single digit lead as remaining ballots continue to be counted.
To identify Clinton voters through vote by mail, vendors with various sorting equipment scan the bar codes printed on each envelop used to deliver the ballots via U.S. mail to the vendors before they hit the polling centers. Election vendors provide automated systems for sorting ballots cast by voters who send them back in bar-coded envelopes.
To understand how they can identify which voters are Clinton voters, we only need to look at the comprehensive database developed on behalf of the Democratic Party in 2008. NGP VAN, which was the subject of a number of data breaches since its inception, gained more scrutiny in a public data breach during this year’s Presidential Primaries. The Sanders campaign discovered a data breach and reported it to the DNC, who subsequently punished the Sanders campaign by preventing them from accessing the system during an earlier, crucial point in time for the race. After having to file a lawsuit against the DNC over access to their own data, Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver states:
“First, this is not the first time that the vendor hired by the DNC to run the voter file program, NGP VAN, has allowed serious failures to occur. On more than one occasion, they have dropped the firewall between the data of competing Democratic campaigns. That is dangerous incompetence,” he said. “It was our campaign months ago that alerted the DNC to the fact that campaign data was being made available to other campaigns. At that time, our campaign did not run to the media, relying instead on assurances from the vendor that the problem would be resolved. Unfortunately, the other day, the vendor once again dropped the firewall between the campaigns for some data.”
The following video shows how this potentially sinister data mining system was introduced to ‘progressive politicians’.
As Brakey states, “Elections are only as strong as their weakest link”.
Despite California counting only 65% of the ballots on election day, media outlets like Politico and The New York Times ceased from covering the rest of the count, which leaves its audience assuming a literal interpretation of “100% of the precincts reporting”, but that statement does not mean all the votes are counted. It only means precinct ballots from all of the precincts have been counted, but there are many vote-by-mail and provisional ballots that have yet to be included in this total.
In fact, the cumulative count in days following California’s election day proved to be riveting to many Sanders supporters who were watching the Sanders deficit shrink. Brakey assesses the sudden shift:
On election night, shortly after 8:00 PM, the first results were released and they were 99% vote-by-mail ballots. The numbers showed Hillary Clinton with a decisive lead over Bernie Sanders by 25.94% points. Clinton received 62.56% to Sanders 36.63% with 1.52 million vote-by-mail ballots.
By early the next morning, another 1.94 million ballots were counted. Clinton received 50.73% and Sanders got 48.47%, but those numbers are deceiving. On election day, 718,869 voters were forced to vote a provisional ballot which, in my estimate, are 80% Democratic voters with at least 60% going to Sanders. This would be enough to flip the ‘precinct vote’ to Sanders, who would get 52% over Clinton’s new total of 47%. This spread more accurately reflects the pre-election polling numbers.
The following illustration pinpoints what Brakey believes is the most suspicious cluster of ballots counted in California.
California ballots counted statewide between June 9th and June 23rd are not subject to the hand count audit and are the the most likely cluster of ballots that have been “hacked”.
Citizens Oversight co-founder Ray Lutz has sued San Diego County over their refusal to audit all of the ballots. Additional litigation now includes the whole state. In the following video, he describes his confrontation with election officials, who insist on selectively auditing certain portions of the ballots in only 65% of the ballots cast.
(Note: The trial date and location has changed to tomorrow, July 6 at 3:00 pm at San Diego Superior Court, 220 W Broadway Dept 73, San Diego, CA 92101.)
Additional points of contention surround California’s provisional ballots and “No Party Preference” (NPP) ballots. California indicates that 718,869 provisional ballots were cast statewide, but there is currently no way of knowing how many provisionals were actually counted. According to John Brakey, 80% of these provisional ballots were intended for the Democratic vote and 60% (345,057) of that portion would likely go to Sanders, provided all the provisional ballots were counted.
In addition to this cluster, 995,525 voters filled out a ballot but did not vote for a presidential candidate. NPP ballots do not contain presidential candidates, but the sheer volume of ballots purported to fall into this category seems highly unlikely and needs to be checked.
Voters understand that Clinton could not achieve the record crowds found in Sanders speaking engagements. They know that exit polls are important in determining whether an election was rigged and acknowledge the concerted effort to disenfranchise those less likely to vote in favor of establishment candidates and initiatives. There will be no public trust in California’s elections unless all the ballots are audited, including provisional and NPP ballots.
Who is John Brakey?
John Brakey, co-founder of Americans United for Democracy, Integrity and Transparency (AUDIT-AZ), begun his pursuit of election integrity in 2004, which assisted the community in a variety of activities including the passage of the hand count audit bill in Arizona, the release of the largest batch of electronic elections data in U.S. history and improved election transparency and verifiability in a school district elections. Brakey and AUDIT-AZ’s efforts stopped Pima County from transmitting election results through phone modems, encouraged Pima County to form an election integrity commission and won third party participation as observers into the elections process. In 2012, Brakey discovered a clandestine vendor programming databases throughout most of the counties in Arizona. He continues to help improve elections nationwide.
today”s update: there are 686,210 missing votes for CA primary, and right now Bernie needs 371,579 to tie. they now claim to have counted 2,353,152 off the uncounted ballot list which started at 2,423,607. they have only added 1,666,942 into candidates updated totals. So they have 70,455 left on the list, add to the disappeared gives still 756,665 votes to account for. please someone do the math too.

Thank you, Mr.Brakey! What is a feasible action to take to prevent fraud in the Nov election? Obviously, not much time to prepare.
If we reached our funding goal, we would have been on the road already. Unfortunately, we did not receive enough interest in pre-emptively preventing election fraud in the General Election. This season, concern for election fraud appears to hover around Bernie Sanders and the fraud against him, but not so much the long-term strategy at combating election fraud this season. That said, here is the project we attempted to launch in some of the more questionable states:

Thank you so much for your work! I am in dispare of the obvious fraud in our country. What protections are in place of we find in the end, after all counting and recounting, and lawsuits, if Bernie Emerges as the true winner across the USA?

The “30 Full Voting Rights” for each and every voter
in all 50 states is the corrective answer to the issues
and concerns that are being made public by the vast
election integrity activist and supporters through out
our country. ….. Our country is 240 years old and
our elected/appointed official (fed, state, local) have
wittingly and/or unwittingly been putting their personal
and/or political wants first (and the individual voter’s
Full Voting Rights be damned)….! We need to recognize that the individual voter has his/her 30 full voting rights.
